Obituary
Thaddeus “TJ” Modzelewski, 45, of Lawrenceville, NJ, entered into his eternal rest with the Lord on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Capital Health Regional in Trenton, NJ surrounded by his loving family. He was born in New Brunswick, NJ. TJ as he was affectionately known, loved boating and fishing, especially deep sea fishing. He loved hanging out with his friends. TJ also enjoyed martial arts. He was a loving and devoted son, father, brother, uncle, and friend to many.
TJ is survived by his parents, Anthony and Janina (Kogut) Modzelewski; his daughter, Kayla Yee and fiancé Josue Davila; his siblings, Dianna and husband Matthew Lee, Robert and Andrew Modzelewski; a nephew, Dylan Modzelewski; two nieces, Eliana Lee and Emma Modzelewski; and many other family members and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Hedwig’s Church, 872 Brunswick Ave., Trenton, NJ. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, 400 Woolsey St., Hamilton, NJ. Family and friends may pay their respects Thursday morning from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd., Hamilton, NJ 08619.
