Patricia (Shelton) Vannoy

Patricia Vannoy, 69, of Trenton, NJ, passed away at home on Thursday, September 14, 2023. Born in Trenton, NJ on October 25, 1953, Patricia was a lifelong area resident.  She retired after 20 years as a juvenile probation officer from the State of New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission.  

Patricia enjoyed puzzles, being outdoors and going for walks.  She found enjoyment in making dream catchers and listening to music, especially Janice Joplin.  She loved nothing more than spending time with her beloved grandchildren.  She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many.

Daughter of the late James and Dorothy (Grahala) Shelton; sister of the late Pamela Shelton; Patricia is survived by her son James Bottchenbaugh and wife Rosemary; two grandchildren, Anjel Reign and James Anthony Bottchenbaugh; a brother, James (Sharon) Shelton; two nieces, Rhianon and Lisa Shelton; a nephew, Dakota Shelton; a great niece, Jamie Shelton; a great nephew, Justin Shelton; four great-great nieces, Jazmine, Jalissa, Jayla, and Jordyn; as well as other family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Monday, September 25, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parkside Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 1584 Parkside Ave., Ewing, NJ 08638.  Catholic prayer services will be held at 7:45 PM.  Cremation will follow at a later date and will be private.  Please visit Patricia’s tribute page at www.brennacellinifuneralhomes.com
