On August 17th Marcia M. Ball an Angel in real life, for all of her life, became an Angel in heaven. She was born and raised in the city of Trenton and graduated from St. Hedwig’s School, Notre Dame High School class of 1962, and Trenton State College 1966. She went on to teach at Langtree Elementary School until the birth of her now deceased son John Stephen. Remaining a housewife until 1976 when she took on a part time job as a secretary at The Trenton Farmers Market. In 1980 both she and her husband Jack began a 39-year career of managing the Market until 2019 when they both retired.
Marcia was the daughter of the late Stephen A. and Victoria Notta. She married Jack Ball in June of 1965 and together they just recently celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary.
She was indeed a very caring, considerate and compassionate person who will be sorely missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband Jack, son David, granddaughter Rhiannon, brother and sister-in-law Stephen and Andi Jansco, sister-in-law Arlene Sokol, Aunt Lucille Miktus as well as many relatives, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be held at The Parkside Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 1584 Parkside Ave. Ewing, N.J. on Wednesday, Aug. 23rd from 6 to 8 PM and on Thursday morning from 9 to 10 Am with services at 10AM with Deacon Barry Zadworny.
