There are many wonderful things to be said about Lou. He had a great sense of humor. There was never a dull moment if you had the privilege of enjoying his company. He was a hard worker which led him to have a very successful career as a corrections officer. Although he enjoyed retirement, he was not one to stay still. Therefore, he began working for Allied as a security officer to pass the time. Even though he battled many serious health issues over the past 13 years he never complained. He was a warrior. He lived his life to the fullest and loved to eat especially steak and lobster. He always knew the best restaurants to go to. He will always be remembered as a dedicated and loving husband, giving son, involved father, amazing friend and most of all a very generous man who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He made everyday feel like Christmas with all the special gifts shared.
