Joseph Paul Bonfonti, II, 50, of Hamilton, NJ passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023 at Penn Medicine at Princeton Medical Center. Joseph was born and raised in Trenton, NJ. He was a lifelong area resident. Joseph graduated from Steinert High School in 1991. He attended a 3 year Ironworker Apprenticeship School at Mercer County Community College. He became a journeyman ironworker and was employed by both the Local 68 in Hamilton and the Local 399 in Hammonton, NJ. Joe loved motorcycles, riding dirt bikes, music, playing the guitar, and working on cars. He had a brown belt in karate. Joe was a loving son, father, brother, cousin, and friend to many.
Joseph is survived by his father, Joseph P. Bonfonti and wife Sharon; his mother Linda (Glennon) Bonfonti; his son Vincent Bonfonti and Vincent’s mother, Tena Reale Michael; his loving sister Dena and husband Mark Commiso; his girlfriend, Judith Zotta Damiano; cousins, John and Lauren Falconio, Matthew Falconio, and Morgan and Michael Lettieri; an uncle Brian Glennon; an aunt, Janice Glennon; and many other family members, friends, and his fellow brotherhood of ironworkers.
