Jose A Gonzalez

Jose A. Gonzalez, 61, of Trenton, NJ, entered into his eternal rest with the Lord on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Capital Health Hopewell. Born in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico to parents Jose Gonzalez and Julia Santiago Rivera.  He was employed as a supervisor with Taylor Provisions, having worked there for over 30 years.  Jose loved playing softball, basketball, and shooting pool.  He loved music and was a DJ.  Jose loved nothing more than time spent with his children and family.  He was a loving man who loved helping others.  Jose was a loving and devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Son of the late Jose Gonzalez and Julia Santiago Rivera; Jose is survived by his loving wife, Stephanie (Hamilton) Gonzalez; his nine children, Samya, Julianna, Gabriella, Amyra, Luis, Monica, Alberto, Jose, and Carmen Gonzalez; seven grandchildren, A’melia, Artist, Javion, Ciarra, Illyonia, Alexa, and Anthony; eleven siblings, Ramon, Fernando, Pucha, Rogelio, Gorgie, Negrito, Kenny, Anna, Marisol, Mayito, and Juanita; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd., Hamilton, NJ 08619.
