Dorothy E. (Beaupré) Smith

Dorothy E. Smith, 96, of Hamilton, NJ, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 24, 2023 at home.  She was born in Adams, Massachusetts on Sept. 25, 1926 to parents, Adolphus and Gertrude (Brown) Beaupré.  Dorothy loved nothing more than watching her three sons play soccer, as well as her beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dorothy attended all her children’s, grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s soccer games.  Dorothy loved trips to the casino and antiquing. She loved nothing more than spending time with her beloved family.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many.

Daughter of the late Adolphus and Gertrude (Brown) Beauprè; beloved wife of the late Richard J. Smith; sister of the late Eleanor Robinson, Shirley Wolfe, Betty Farnham, and Don Beauprè.  Dorothy is survived by her three sons, Kevin Smith and wife Sunny, Robert Smith and wife Claudia, and Terry Smith and wife Tammy; eight cherished grandchildren, Brian Smith and wife Chris, Megan and husband Ed Fisher, Jaime and husband Dan DiZio, Ryan Smith, Dylan Smith, Corey Smith and wife Lexi, Gabi and husband Charles White, and Daniel Smith and wife Sherri; thirteen great grandchildren, Corbin, London, Vale, Arwyn, Veronica, Carly, Daniel, Molly, Joseph, Riley, Bradley, Riley, and Hudson; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd., Hamilton, NJ 08619.  Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband Richard.
