Blanche M. (Buckley) Cugasi

Blanche M. Cugasi, 93, of Ewing, NJ, entered into her eternal rest with the Lord on Friday, August 18, 2023 at home surrounded by her loving family.  Born in Trenton, Blanche was a lifelong area resident.  She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, trips to Atlantic City with her sisters, breakfast with her friends at McDonald’s, and sewing and making new clothes for dolls that she would re-furbish.  She loved her two cats, Rusty and Spanky and playing BINGO.  She also enjoyed reading books, especially by James Patterson.  Blanche was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

Daughter of the late James and Blanche (Gary) Buckley; wife of the late John Cugasi; sister to 9 late siblings; Blanche is survived by her loving daughter, Carolann Mancini; her beloved granddaughter, Kristina and husband Louis “Justin” Lunetta; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Parkside Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 1584 Parkside Ave., Ewing, NJ 08638 with Pastor John Grove officiating.  Family and friends may pay their respects that morning from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, 1200 Cedar Ln., Hamilton, NJ.  Please visit Blanche’s tribute page at www.brennacellinifuneralhomes.com
